Physical & Psychological differences between Adults and Children
The physical difference between adult and child are extremely noticeable. For example, an adult in good physical condition may sustain a high level of physical activity over an extended amount of time, but generally the adult will recover slowly. A child cannot sustain high levels of physical activity for extended periods of time, but the child will likely recover very quickly. Coach’s sessions must therefore account for these differences as children will likely not be able to perform at the same level as an adult.
